Abstract

The University of Guadalajara underwent a curricular innovation process carefully documented through auto ethnography, considering the subjectivity of those involved. One of the main actions of innovation was the creation and collaborative work of the Intercenter Curricular Committees (CCI), whose goal was to update existing study plans and create new ones, aiming for a more relevant educational offer and balancing traditional and innovative programs. Curricular updating is crucial because it defines what and how students learn, ensuring that the Educational Programs (PE) meet the current and future needs of society.
